The best you can do is be the change you wish to see in education and press forward for the benefit of your kids and school. Eventually your relevancy will empower others to move in a different direction with you.Eric Sheningerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13733305358794643322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5931834670826653533.post-37878098232388239852014-11-02T20:12:59.759-05:002014-11-02T20:12:59.759-05:00Eric, continue to be careful. Coming up on my 8th full year as a high school teacher, I can see in retrospect how much I have allowed those above me to slowly transform me to become like them. I have struggle with this in the past and more now being in grad school for Educational Administration. I still focus on the experience in my class but definitely not as much as I use to. The more I get creative and efficient in my efforts to educate my students I find myself meeting more and more brick walls set up by the powers that be. I will definitely be sharing this with like minds and hopefully a larger group to get more feedback and opinions.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09595992932196054357noreply@blogger.com
